Renters can access their units 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Unit access is separate from office hours.
Yes. Cameras surround the units and operate 24/7.
The facility has ground-level, exterior-access units along paved aisles, so you can bring your vehicle close to the unit for loading and unloading.
Yes. Our storage spaces are maintained to be clean and dry. Pack belongings clean and completely dry, and use suitable covers and containers.

Listed monthly rental rates are $45 for 6 × 10, $55 for 8 × 10, $75 for 10 × 18, $90 for 10 × 20, and $115 for 10 × 36. Rates and availability are subject to change.
No. Lake Hallie Storage Solutions does not require a security deposit.
No. There are no additional fees or taxes beyond the monthly rental rate.
Yes. Renters provide their own lock for the unit.
No. Insurance or another protection plan is not required.
Yes. Prepay three months and receive the fourth month free.

Rentals are month-to-month with a minimum rental period of 60 days.

Renters must provide 30 days’ notice before the next first of the month.

No. All units are unheated and non-climate-controlled.
Yes. Business inventory and storage are allowed. Units may not be used as an office, for daily business operations, manufacturing, or production.
Prohibited items and uses include anything illegal or that violates local, state, or federal law; hazardous or toxic materials; illegal substances; perishable items or food; explosives; paint, varnish, thinner, gasoline, or other flammable materials; living in the unit or keeping animals in it; pets anywhere on the storage property; anything that creates a nuisance; leaving trash, debris, or unwanted items in or around the unit; and using electricity for heaters, refrigerators, appliances, or anything other than the provided light fixture.
Clean and dry items before packing. Use sturdy labeled containers, protect furniture with suitable covers, keep sensitive belongings raised off the concrete, and leave an aisle for access.

Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m., and Saturday–Sunday, 10 a.m.–2 p.m. Call before visiting for assistance. Renters have 24-hour unit access.
